We are looking to fill as soon as possible a position as

Software developer (m/f/d) in full-time (40 h/week)

Part-time options are negotiable. The position is initially limited until 30 June 2023. We strive for a long-term cooperation after that.

Would you like to develop modern software solutions for hearing care professionals in line with our mission statement "We help people hear better" and work creatively on challenging projects? At HörTech, we lead numerous national and international projects for the research and development of (software) solutions in the field of Hearing Healthcare. The goal of this project is a platform-independent software solution that makes our newly developed hearing aid fitting method "trueLOUDNESS" available worldwide. The software is aimed at hearing care professionals and will be marketed as a class IIa medical device.

You like to translate complex issues into structured, clear software. You are interested in scientific content and you are curious about how we can help people with hearing aids together. You will make constructive suggestions for finding solutions and for the design of the software and implement them in direct exchange with users and the project manager. You always have a view to the project as a whole and you can think outside the box to find solutions. • You develop the software with a strong view to the workflow of hearing care professionals.

Your profile:

  • You have a master‘s or higher academical degree in a technical subject. The subject area of the degree is not so decisive, a solution-oriented approach to software development is more important to us.
